TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Product Pictures - All product pictures and measurement are for reference purpose only. Customer should not use as a standard to justify the real item. We provide the item's measurement at pic items. The color maybe slightly difference from the picture. This is due to the picture may display in a difference computer in a difference result or technical problem when take picture. We will not responsible any material problem, color not 100% same as the picture, difference sizes, some small stain and etc problem.

2. Buyers have to purchase all sizes available in one model & one color（except the stock was labeled as can mix.). Buyer will be informing to change to other sizes if the model or color chooses size not available.

3. Price - Items are divides into 2 conditions, including postage & excluding postage. Please take notes.

4. Order - If buyer have any inquiry or decide to place your order, please PM us with copy the image/code items/place the items’s name. ALC team will reply your message as soon as possible.

5. For reserved - We would NOT reserved any stock for buyer. We do first pay first serve basis. So you will only have entitlement to the item after full payment is made. Otherwise, items are subjected to change in stock number.

6. Payment - After ALC team confirm the stock available & give you the order summary, please make a payment thru Maybank/CIMB account (refer to the order summary).

7. For goods sent, NOT be responsible for any lost or damage.

8. Please update us immediately after payment is made & send email the payment receipt to fan.glo.net@gmail.com & please provide your complete postage details (name, address, phone no).
